A little chaotic, but on balance, worth it.

Overall Hothouse is a great working environment. Everyone is talented and cared about each other and the work they do.

I think leadership should take a step back and let their employees set the tone for how things should operate. They are too passive as a leadership team from an daily operations and culture goal.
