Don't do it - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Hotwire Communications

Until this company upgrades their systems, and replaces their trainer....I highly suggest avoiding this company. They make excuses for lack of efficient systems, the trainer has a nasty attitude that makes it near impossible to feel comfortable asking any questions. I desperately wanted to love this job...but I have lost all respect for it.
