Best thing for sure to that no matter what happens to me out in the field House Doctors has my back. We all make mistakes and very early on I was taken to the side and told that as long as I am honest and own up to my mistakes and do my best to make it right that I will always have the support that I need to make myself successful. House doctors has my back outside of work as well. If something comes up in my personnel life management is very understanding and willing to try and accommodate the best they can. They listen to my advice and either take it or use it in their decision making. I never feel unheard or mistreated.......ever! Great pay and able to take work vehicle home is a huge plus. If I need any kind of safety equipment for a job House Doctors does not hesitate to supply it for me.
