      the kids are great and have loads of potential. Summer break, of course, is pretty awesome as well. the hours are outstanding as well. excellent to be around the future of our country

      administrators are completely out of touch...they really have no idea about the dynamic in the classroom. place was run more like a correctional facility than a school

      At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

      Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
