This organization has many opportunities to individually contribute to student learning thru volunteering and teacher and campus support.

Svantaggi

Way too many management layers. So many resources have been thrown at making life better for the adults that are employed. The student' s needs have been forgotten.

At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
