      Hate the institutionality of public schools - cow herding mentality. Many children and entire schools are completely disrespectful.

      Love the classroom, the sub system, flexibility. Many other children and schools are rewarding experiences.

      At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

      Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
