Management was completely incompetent. They never communicated with teachers because they were afraid their incompetence would "get out." Ultimately, they expected everyone else to do their jobs. Horrible! This is what happens when upper management salaries are cut!

At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
