      They have plenty of field trips on other drive opportunities. The pay is fair and there are problems the management try to work things out.

      Most of the buses are old and some times different components short out while the buses are in use.

      At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

      Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
