      Time off during student breaks is great. The teachers and upper management are very supportive of our efforts, and the students are very unique and challenging.

      HR is not the fastest, and the compensation is not necessarily worth the time and effort put into the job.

      At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

      Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
