Lisa Gagnon, the Executive Director of Marketing, is a toxic bully. Everyone who works with her will admit it to you in due time. The emotional health of the marketing department is in bad shape due to toxic work environment she creates. More than a handful of staff have complained to HR about the toxic work environment. Unfortunately, HR will turn right around and tell Lisa Gagnon what you've said, in turn making your life worse. I wish I could say that if you worked in different department then this is a good job. Unfortunately the company is so small that working in another department won’t spare you. She plays the corporate game like Machiavelli's protégé.
