I’m sure you’ll agree that being a part of a growing company, we are all profiting from the security that it brings, as well as additional employee benefits, the recent reduction in working hours, extra holiday entitlement and opportunities for career growth. However, keeping the culture is no easy task. One of the trade-offs for our growth and security is that our CEO and central services teams are busier than ever.
We have introduced a number of new initiatives to help channel our communications to the right place so that we are confident our teams still have the same voice in the business as always. We completed an engagement survey in the summer and we are running regular 'Coffee with Kelly' sessions, if you're keen to speak to Kelly about what we are doing as a business then please book yourself onto the next one.
In relation to Saturday working, we are open for our clients, at times when they need to speak to us. We wouldn’t be able to deliver the outstanding service that we do if our phones were switched off.
