Little bit older of a crowd, this could be a pro or con but the office tends to be quiet most of the time.

Howe & Rusling is a great firm. The firm is filled with good people who like to work hard and have fun together. The firm's President really tries to develop talent and really goes out of his way to promote initiative and celebrate talent. They believe in what they do but they're very open to ideas and change. This is a small firm where there are a lot of opportunities to get involved in different aspects of the business and there are also a lot of opportunities for growth and professional development. Benefits are generous as well.
