zero flexibility , compulsory punch in timings, 9 hours compulsory daily. 1 min late and half day leave need to be applied. there is nothing called as employee benefits .. only benefit is salary that too people who have joined earlier or who are lucky to get campus job offer.. on contract employees pls do not join here.
