It is the worse corporate culture I ever knew. It is not a multinational corporation, it is a Chinese corporation operating outside china. It means that they do not threat you fairly simple because you are not a Chinese. One of the worse things of their culture is that you will not get access of any information unless your Chinese "shadow" ask for that information. For instance, do not expect a reply for your email to HQ in Shenzhen unless a Chinese asked to someone there to provide you with that information. Also, it is really rare to see local people on top management levels, they can give you some examples, but when you check the “locals” are there either by a legal requirement or by a client requirement.
