1. No work life balance 2. The already existing employees have a group amongst them and they are unfriendly, and always tend to pull down the others who are new or don't belong to their group. 3. Management doesn't give any training to the new joinees. Even if the new joinees are experienced they aren't respected. 4. The manager tends to believe the team members rather than own judgement. 5. No quality work given to Indian counterparts, but are made to slog for some useless kind of tasks which don't require any special technical abilities.
