1. No work life balance. You have to stay atleast till 9 in office and come to weekend to show good employee behavior. 2. Strict schedules , If late by 1 sec or leave before 5pm you have to apply for an half day. Can not get breakfast after 10am , no lunch will be served before 12 3. Company only care about number. 4.
