Still reacting as Chinese company, it has a kind of discrimination against local in general, only Chinese staff can get better opportunities, and moving forward through a career path, Huawei tend always to use local staff to get information, but not to let them in position of leaders and decision makers. They do wash local brains with their Core Values, but they do breach it according to their benefits. High level of discrepancies against locals, Chines with their culture they don't like others.
