It is the most unorganized company and the onboarding is horrible. The job listing is a complete lie. The Vacaville/ Sacramento job posting- well they do not have work in Vacaville, so Sacramento you go and farther. There are no uncapped installation incentives, no pay increase, no room to grow with the company, unless you want to move out of state. Also they do not offer over time at this point, no boot allowance, no company phone and no hotels out of the area. This job has a lot a lot of driving.
