The owner was our biggest issue. He wasn't in store so he didn't understand what we were dealing with, as in fluctuations in food/product costs or even our fluctuations in customers especially during lunch and dinner hours

The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

Svantaggi

Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
