      The company seems like it has a great idea for its brand, I think they just need to do better at implementing it.

      I think the culture could be improved. Proper training programs need to be implemented as well as a food safety course for all employees

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
