The counselors are great and kind people but the management is terrible - Recensione dipendente - Facilitator presso Hudson Guild

The management (supervisors at YDE) here is terrible. They are irresponsible with everything especially deadlines. They don’t know how to operate/function correctly and are inconsiderate!! They let you know the week before the end of June if you work with them during the summer.. They have supervisors who are overall petty and say slick comments under there breath. HR needs to replace these supervisors. I understand NOW why they have such high turnover. Of course people want to leave! Who wants to stay somewhere where you get no emotional support, extreme micromanagement and always have something negative to say and HARDLY EVER get appraisal for your work.
