Good place to work with nice people

I have no cons working here

-they pay for half of your training/ licensing -you can always pick up more hours at another one of their posts -they are pretty good about working the schedule to let you have time off if you have need -if they feel you are right for the job they don't require experince

-no health insurance -cost of uniforms -cost of licensing You have to pay for half of your licensing and training and you don't get reimbursed till you have gotten the full license. So that's about $140 up front. Then you also have to pay for the half the cost of your uniform over a span of time, but grand total for the year you could easily be talking $100 or more for the year. On select posts maybe around $300.
