Nice co-workers. That is literally all there is.

The management is absolutely horrible, they dont respect their employees, they are no staff benefits, you have to pay a "tip-out" every week which goes to cutlery but they are covering it up by saying it goes to the kitchen staff. So many absurd notes and "rules" hanging around everywhere reflecting the negative environment there is here. People quit all the time and there are no further career opportunities here.

There is money to be made serving at the Huether, especially when understaffed

Arriving for a 5pm shift does not guarantee that you will begin working at 5pm. I waited over 1.5 hours for a table one day, but they wanted me to stay, unpaid, until enough tables arrived. 1 of the 4 floor managers was reasonable, respectful, etc. The others were crass and flirty with staff. Upper management frequently disciplines staff in front of customers and is unreasonable in her demands. Any issues (food quality, payroll, ANYTHING) will not be dealt with in a timely manner, and likely will result in belittling comments and lower shifts.
