      Incredibly people-focused, awesome team, flexible working, and modern tech stacks. Ability to work with and learn from some very talented developers - and the business supports these learnings with clear paths of personal growth and provides additional time and resources for that growth. The entire development team gets input into the technologies we use and how we use them, and the business takes these on and allows us to run with them which is great. Huge growth potential on the SaaS side of the business if it keeps going in the current direction!

      Use of some legacy internal systems can slow down the team, however plans are in place to upgrade. Two very different tech stacks on the bespoke vs SaaS sides of the business.
