-Great co-workers and synergy amongst team -Lots of knowledge shared amongst teams -Direct manager gives flexibility to manage work the way I see fit and has a positive attitude -Pay has been reduced in last few years but still comparable to other inside sales roles

Svantaggi

Most challenges or frustrations in this role come from above my leader. Directors and vp in the NSO tend to micromanage and dictate through office walls without ever getting on the floor. They have a true "do as I say not as I do" philosophy that is hard to swallow when you bust your back and get chastised over any praise. Other challenges is minimal training or communication on changes or processes. Too many meetings.
