The UK sales front-line team are supportive and go out of their way to help you progress. Company events were superb, some of the best in the industry. The initial payment structure worked in the employee's favour with an excellent commission and rewards system.

Sales targets became quickly unrealistic with new employees meant to 'hit the ground running' and pick up where previous account managers left off. It obviously takes some time to build up a rapport with your clients, which meant many found their targets unachievable. Management did not take this into consideration, creating a level of animosity within the business.
