Management are not interested in tackling crime, they are only interested in the latest buzzwords or fashionable trend to fill their portfolio. The organisation is all talk about caring for their staff, however when it comes to it HP are only intrested in protecting themselves from liability. Staff are expected to treat scum of the earth as the real 'vulnerable victims', and turn a blind eye to being sworn at/ assaulted. The organisation itself is throughly incompetent, expect to be given conflicting instructions, or told to turn up for work at the wrong time/ location and never to be paid correctly. The organisation also loves a bit of virtue signaling, and makes nice posters and flies pretty flags, but sexism/ homophobia and racism still exist within.
