Many staff left after max 1 or 2 years. No real on-boarding. Very little support from managers and colleagues. Blame-game culture. Most unfriendly company i ever worked for. No education budget. Very few senior managers and many junior levels for no prospect of moving upward. Lower salary and very high expectations. No events and activities.
