Very poor Human Resources availability, problems difficult to address or be resolved. Abusive behavior by customers is a huge problem that the company does not address, customers are more highly valued than the employee attempting to assist them. Time restraints to handle complex calls are insufficient, leaving the employee being "punished" for doing a good job in making sure the customers problems are resolved. No consideration is given to the issue needing addressed, all incoming call to customer Service in general are given the same amount of time, this affects greatly the employee's opportunity to meets goals and receive related incentives. Corporate agenda is more focused on being "exclusive" to all while leaving other classes of people and customers feeling insulted and unserviced.
