Constant favoritism by supervisors to employees with senority. If your new, expect to be doing grunt work everyday until someone newer than you gets hired. They keep toxic people employed just because they're afraid to lose people who know how to run their machines. No one ever seems to know what's going on. Managers and "engineers" don't care what you have to say or what kind of feedback you have. There is absolutely no room for growth at this company. Everyone is miserable.
