Layoffs; use to be a good company - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Huntsman Corp

Company has been doing awful the past couple years and this year is on track to be worse. We’ve had everyone who is able to retire, retire. They’ve made a lot of cuts to the workforce putting strain on existing employees. New management is awful. Turnover is the highest I’ve seen, I’ve watched so many great people leave to other companies this year alone. They now have too many people at this plant that shouldn’t be in their positions. Project managers and positions that take vendor kickbacks are the people who don’t lose their jobs despite their lack of integrity.
