Company offers a collaborative work culture, approachable leadership and meaningful opportunities to grow. My manager genuinely care about my development and is open to feedback. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s a healthy level of transparency across and within team. Additionally, initiatives around learning, recognition, and team bonding are well thought out and regularly practiced.
