      As long as you work hard you are very likely to get a raise. However, by hard I mean exceptionally well. (Customer compliments, written compliments, Store Director emails, showing off your helpful smile!)

      It's very difficult to move up in positions, even if you are already doing the the type of work in your current one.

      I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

      There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

      The management was not so great. The lead was very vulgar and used language to the employees that should never have been used.
