My fellow coworkers are usually really fun to be around since we are all in the same boat . I'm very social and outgoing, so talking with customers is typically easy and engaging. Some decent sales. Mostly all friendly service,

The managers micro manage and seldom realize that "lower level" employees are people too. Managers are demanding and have side departments perform tasks that don't pertain to their department and take time away from them. The pay is ghastly and can barely support a college student. Asking for a raise is like pulling a tooth. Raises are pathetic in amount. There's seldom enough employees working. Produce, grocery, and kitchen all suffer greatly from understaffing.
