Good pay as long as you don't mind working all the hours and having no family life.

Great pay if you don't mind working 60-65 hours a week. They treat their saleried employees like garbage and do not allow them to have a life outside of work. They also set you up to fail by giving you unreal numbers to achieve. For example, my department was ranked above average in the market and I was still let go because the new director didn't agree with me and thought we were on diffrent pages even though it was very hard to succeed when you are given a crew that is not up to par and they (upper mang.) will not allow you to let them go or move them to another department.
