Poor management, not supportive to their employees. Every decision you made will get blaming. But if you ask them for solution their attitude like why you cannot solve this problem and always ask them. The managers always PUA their staff, not gonna teach you anything but just say you know nothing. no promotion even you are an excellent staff. System and SOP are out of date, the management team only work in this hotel do not know how outside is going on. Please do not apply here to work or you will regret.
