I was advised upon hiring that the average day is 10-12 hours, but it actually was closer to 14-16 hour days and I saw this for managers across all departments. If you have the chance to stay hourly, do so as working for this company means you will have no life-work balance. And if you have an event on the weekend, you're also working on the weekend. • Directors and higher level executives lead from a place of fear and intimidation. It's a toxic work culture.
