For most of us, this is a huge positive, and results in a massive boost in karma that helps the day really whizz along. You may think that sitting with a headset on, talking to customers on the phone for most of the day would prohibit a lively and vibrant atmosphere. With most customer service jobs, however, the opposite is true, with a healthy camaraderie present among staff.
