Learned a lot from this job as a dual coordinator reporting to two different sales managers in different hotels/locations. Left having a great understanding of the role and grew in my industry. Management company was awful and refused to fully staff the hotel which was the root cause of hiring people who could work two different jobs and proceed to under pay them.

Job required me to assist with operations and front desk agents several times a week which I knew prior to starting. I was split between being a Sales Coordinator and agent which ended up being a lot on my plate some days. Needed better work/life balance and hourly pay could have been better. Was expected to do everything myself with limited assistance as the team was way too small.
