Terrible company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Electrical Technician presso Hydra-Power Systems

Managers and the upper management do not value their employees whats so ever. You are there to make them money and that is all they care about. In all of my life I have never had such a rude and careless boss. Yes, you do have the chance to work a lot of hours in overtime and that is because they will force you to do so. If you do not comply they will write you up for it, regardless of how many hours you have works already. As a witness of another employee who worked 3 weeks straight I will firmly stand by this statement. Management has a mentality that you belong to them. A truly sad environment to be in.
