Everyone is super nice and outgoing! I felt at home immediately!

It was disappointing that we did not have Juneteenth off despite promoting a lot of DEI. In my eyes it looked kinda hypocritical and fake, but this is not Hydro Flask's fault this is due to the policy of Helen of Troy, the parent company.

NO PAY or PROMOTIONS for professional growth. They'll keep adding more and more and more on to your plate and you can exceed beyond all expectations but they won't reward you with compensation or title change. Your hapiness here greatly depends on your manager. Some are amazing and have your back some are horribe. LOTS of work to do and NO resources to help.
