There really is no benefit to working at Hyland anymore. All trust in executive leadership is exhausted. They've done away with the perks that made working there worth it (daycare), and I suspect the remaining few (sabbatical) are next. Lower level executives are either uninformed (most probable) or lying, as they assured us certain benefits would remain only to find out that they are ending them. CEO said workers are replaceable amidst layoffs, but also said the people are what makes working at Hyland worth it. Comes across as tone deaf and hypocritical. No COL adjustments means pay cuts while the company makes a billion dollars. Technology is old and drowning in tech debt. No product direction for newer platform; they can't decide what it should be.
