Everything was good with the team overall, but the Indian management team was quite toxic and heavily focused on micromanagement. In contrast, the rest of the global team was professional, supportive, and polite to work with.

Nothing, but they can fire you overnight in the name of company restructuring without giving any explanation. What's even worse is that within the next 2–3 days, you may find out they are hiring someone else for the same role. At the very least, they should provide a clear reason before terminating an employee.
