Hypercube gives engineers interesting problems to work on, especially where cloud, AI and energy meet. The work is interesting, the team is smart and practical, and there’s a lot of trust to get on with things.

It’s growing fast, so priorities can move around and some processes are still settling. That can be frustrating if you like everything to be very fixed and well-defined. That said, people generally recognise where things need to improve.

- requires multitasking across different projects/ a lot of context switching - it is fast paced & may not be for everyone - Some projects can lead you to being siloed - not much client travel
