They just included the AL, EL, MC : which all are common benefits and is a regulatory. Its not considered benefits, its just compliance. Benefits should be like “birthday leave” // “optical benefits” and so on. But of course, maybe they got this kind if you’re working more than 5 years with them i think? Also, they did not include any WFH option. No flexibility, and have to apply AL or EL everytime
