Terrible Sr Management - RUN! - Recensione dipendente - Supply Chain Manager presso Hyve Solutions

Long hours, constant unnecessary pressures from senior management who only cares about themselves. Management uses SC PMs as buffer with customer at the expense of its own employees. Very manual intensive calculations for nothing. High churn. Very abusive work environment. Very high turn over rate. Lots of manipulation of info presented to customers and blaming employees for it if caught by the customer. It’s amazing that this company is still around as it’s very unethical. I need to leave this place but stuck due to pandemic situation. SC department is controlled by 2 queen bees. RUN!
