Turnover is terrible. Business Development team does not have any sense of urgency or incentives to get hires, feedback or set up interviews, which has made the average time from interview to offer letter stage (if the recruiters get that far) between 1.5 - 3 months on average [speaking from experience]. Almost every single candidate recruiters speak to is lost to a competitor who moved much faster than ISYS, OR the candidate waits so long that they lose interest and withdraw their candidacy or something like that. Imagine having to interview 150 people before you get a single hire. That’s basically an idea of what you’ll be walking into. The benefits are quite atrocious as well. It will be difficult to find worse benefits. Company culture is very toxic, negative, and continues to lack agility to adapting to the times (modern day practices & tools needed to be successful). It’s true that the CEO screams A LOT. Company’s toxic environment causes many people to keep their options open, looking for something else as an escape, all while, pretending and giving an impression to management that they aren’t interested in leaving. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE IN ANY DEPARTMENT.
