You'll spend most of your time reporting to layers management and mending internal IBM issues than selling. Even so, working together as one IBM is a constant challenge as self interest among the brands, and pillars makes the selling process much more complex. For such a large corporation, there is far too much finger pointing and not enough internal coordination/cooperation, which wastes far too much time.
