iBwave is a company with a lot of great people, which is really the most important aspect of any office. Employees are professional, lively, and high-quality. The Executive team has a very hands-on approach, are always approachable and have time for all employees. There are lots of little extras at iBwave other than the good benefits package: great coffee, bagel Fridays, an active social committee that has monthly subsidized events (usually 100% subsidized), and the benefits of working in an environment that's still entrepreneurial at heart, but with the benefits of a large organization. The combination of being in software and in telecom, puts you at the epicenter of forward-looking business. People work hard at iBwave, but the work/life balance is respected. This flexibility goes both ways, which is not the case at all workplaces: sometimes family commitments might come into play, and these will be respected, as long as when there are work emergencies you offer the same flexibility in return.

The physical office, while acceptable, is not quite at the level that the business deserves. A forward-looking company deserves an office with a forward-looking design.
