      My time with this organization has been nothing short of life-changing. ICAN's mission, leadership, and culture lay a strong foundation that allows employees to thrive and develop professionally. The work environment is fun, challenging, and always evolving to best support the staff.

      Working in nonprofit comes with certain challenges and restrictions, however I can say this organization is dedicated to eliminating as many of those as possible. I have friends that work at other organizations that worry about funding and sustainability, but ICAN's leadership is always planning for the steps ahead.

      I have been very impressed with ICAN, from the interview process to the job onboarding. ICAN has a passion for its employees and a work culture that excites me to come into the office daily. ICAN is passionate about helping children, and it is a rewarding experience. I could not ask for a better experience working here at ICAN!!
